- $30,000,000 for a consumer fraud class action claim against OSRAM Sylvania Inc.
- $5,500,000 for a client injured in a collision with a commercial truck.
- $5,350,000 for a 60-year-old foreman of a plumbing/HVAC company who suffered catastrophic injuries and a traumatic brain injury from a fall on a construction site. This case earned the #1 spot on the Top 2018 Settlements list presented by New Jersey Law Journal. Ward v. Aurolife.
- $3,500,000 for a motorcycle rider who broke his leg after hitting a raised pothole. Mr. Eichen and his co-counsel successfully held the City of Newark liable for the rider’s injuries and losses. Roura v. City of Newark.
- $3,000,000 on behalf of a family whose loved one was killed by a public utility truck. The 60-year-old woman was struck and dragged by the driver. A settlement was reached four weeks before the trial was set to begin.
- $2,300,000 for a client who sustained injuries after falling down a set of interior stairs. Billings v. Elks, et al.
- $2,125,000 for a client who suffered injuries in a car accident.
- $1,250,000 for a client who suffered injuries in a car accident. Babcock v. Clearfield Motors, Inc.
- $1,000,000 for a client who suffered losses because of an act of legal malpractice.
