A driver made an illegal U-turn that led to a head-on collision in Alpine, New Jersey. On Wednesday evening, around 5:30 pm, the car accident occurred on the Palisades Interstate Parkway, which sparked several chain reaction crashes. Four victims sustained a range of personal injuries including one individual who was seriously injured after the head-on collision that was spurred on by the illegal U-turn.
