Bill is a member of the American Association For Justice and the New Jersey Association for Justice. He is a former Trustee with the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey and is a former member of the New Jersey Supreme Court, District X Ethics Committee. He has been appointed to serve as a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice’s Medical Malpractice Committee. He is a member of the International Society of Barristers. Bill has been recognized by numerous professional organizations for his integrity and his accomplishments on behalf of his clients. He is a recipient of the 2020-2022 “10 Best Personal Injury Attorneys for Client Satisfaction” award from the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys. He has been named a New Jersey Super Lawyer for the last 18 consecutive years (2006-2023) and has been regularly included on the America’s Top 100 attorney lists and on The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 list. He is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Bill is regularly involved in lecturing to Trial Attorneys on various trial related topics, most frequently on topics related to medical malpractice and personal injury.
