Barry R. Eichen of Eichen Crutchlow Zaslow, LLP and Dean R. Maglione of The Maglione Firm secured an $8 million dollar verdict for 69-year-old woman Ilda Galo in a Premises Liability Case.
Daryl L. Zaslow obtained a $26+ million settlement in a New Jersey Birth Injury Case on behalf of a 4-year-old girl with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and her family. This settlement appears to be the largest settlement ever reported in a birth injury case venued in New Jersey.
In 2023, Mr. Zaslow obtained the 5th largest medical malpractice settlement in the United States in 2023. This was a $12,000,000 recovery on behalf of the Estate of a 35 year old man who died after being admitted to a Hospital’s Emergency Department for a severe allergic reaction.
ECZ Attorney Michael Shaw is representing the family of the late Addison Jenkins for negligence and emotional distress. Upon viewing Jenkins’ body and saying their final goodbyes, it became clear to the family that an “unrecognizable corpse” was in the coffin wearing their late relative’s clothing and belongings.
ECZ Partner Thomas Rinaldi is fighting for justice in a tragic case involving a woman who was stabbed at Newark Liberty International Airport. The attacker was a repeat offender who had recently been released from jail after serving time for aggravated assault.

He fought to secure a $4,000,000 settlement in a scaffolding-collapse case on behalf of our client.
