$3,700,000 Verdict for Stairway Fall Linked to Brain Injury

Barry Eichen, Shareholder with Eichen Crutchlow Zaslow, LLP obtained a $3.7M verdict on behalf of a man with Down syndrome who suffered a brain injury after he fell on a defective stairway.
