Three Years After Fatal Stabbing, Residents of 100 Montgomery Say Building is Still Not Safe Enough

It took the gruesome and well-publicized stabbing of Jacqueline Reyes, who was murdered in her 100 Montgomery apartment unit the morning of December 8th, 2009, before residents in the building finally saw the legally-required security changes they’d long been demanding come to their building.
